Research Activities
Research at AECS Maaruti College of Nursing is not a peripheral activity. B.Sc Nursing students are introduced to research methodology, data collection, and ethical considerations through guided faculty projects. At the postgraduate level, M.Sc students undertake dissertations that address real nursing and healthcare problems across their specialisation disciplines.
Undergraduate projects develop critical thinking, analytical method, and clinical insight. Faculty guide students through study design, data interpretation, and ethical practice — building capabilities that carry through into postgraduate work and professional nursing.
M.Sc Nursing dissertations address specific clinical and community healthcare challenges across Medical-Surgical Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, and Community Health Nursing. Each study contributes a verifiable finding to the body of nursing knowledge.
